I love a good success story. When it comes to optimizing overall wellness, I prefer to focus on non-scale victories: improved health markers like labwork, blood pressure, resting heart rate, strength gains, increased energy, or improved sleep quality. Often with these changes, come changes in physique. I love to celebrate the success stories of my clients- and all of these successes come from THEIR hard work and dedication.

Jolene completed a 12-week Program. In that time she lost:
-21 pounds
-3 inches off of each thigh
-4 inches off of her hips
