
I don't know about you, but I absolutely LOVE something spicy when the temperature starts to drop in the fall. This quick snack or lunch bowl is ready in a pinch, is full of protein, and ladies, your hubbies will LOVE it. I feel like my husband is my toughest critic when it comes to food (which I appreciate!) and this is one of his faves.
Buffalo Chicken Protein Bowl- one serving
-4 ounces Chicken Breast (fresh, leftover, canned, it don't matter!)
-1/2 cup Low-fat Cottage Cheese
-1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-Franks OR Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce - shake til you get the spice level you are looking for
To make, throw your chicken in the microwave (or pan/ airfryer/ you do you) and heat it up! Mix in th cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, and hot sauce. I like to dip carrot chips and celery in mine, but you pick whatever you want! This is great rolled up in a tortilla with some crunchy romaine, or eaten straight up.
